Nymboida River

Located west of Grafton towards Glen Innes is the Nymboida River National Park. A picnic and camping area is situated deep within the park in an old cattle grazing and forestry area alongside the Nymboida River. It is a wilderness area, so facilities are limited. It offers though a remote and peaceful camping alternative to the coast. 4WD is recommended as the final access in to the camping area is steep and becomes slippery in wet weather.
