Penhale, built in 1904, is heritage listed. Both the building and the large Biblical Fig outside are situated on the Grafton Heritage walking trail. Annie's is located within the Grafton CBD and just a short stroll to the mighty Clarence River.

Even closer, guests can wander across the road to the Grafton Regional Art Gallery to enjoy the fine dining at Georgie's Restaurant & Vines Restaurant or visit Schaeffer House Museum.

Accommodation includes a full continental breakfast for you to enjoyed on your private veranda or by the pool.
