Grafton
The Old Glen Innes Road was constructed in the 1860's using
convict labour, unique to the area at the time. This road served as
the only route up the range and into the New England Tableland. It
is a fascinating piece of engineering considering the era and
isolation at the time.

20km off the highway that marks the start of the Candole Forest
Road.

Travel down the Pacific Highway from Grafton about half way to
Coffs Harbour. As you approach the Dirty Creek Range cutting on the

Yuraygir National Park.
