2.  old glen innes road

Grafton - Buccarumbi - Dalmorton - Convict Tunnel - Jackadgery - Grafton

The Old Glen Innes Road was constructed in the 1860's using convict labour, unique to the area at the time. This road served as the only route up the range and into the New England Tableland. It is a fascinating piece of engineering considering the era and isolation at the time.   more

4.  wooli to sandon

Wooli - Candole State Forest - Sandon

Travel along the Grafton to Wooli Road and you pass the sign some 20km off the highway that marks the start of the Candole Forest Road.   more

 

5.  yellow cutting road

Grafton - Barcoongere State Forest - Station Creek - Tucabia - Tyndale

Travel down the Pacific Highway from Grafton about half way to Coffs Harbour. As you approach the Dirty Creek Range cutting on the highway, take the left hand turn onto the Barcoongere Way and Yuraygir National Park.   more
